Experience
Caitriona has gained a wealth of experience over the last decade in negotiating a wide range of disputes in the legal and corporate realms. She has excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills both through litigation and mediation.
She has a keen interest in the Charities sector and holds a diploma from the Law Society of Ireland in Charity Law, Trusteeship and Governance. She sits on a number of boards of registered NGO’s as a trustee and has experience of managing relationships with multiple Government agencies and providing legal advice to charities for all legal, regulatory and governance issues; and has represented NGO’s at United Nations Geneva and has worked at the European Parliament, Brussels.
Caitriona’s skill-sets include drafting and reviewing experience of cross jurisdictional transaction documents, such as Corporate Services Agreements, Declarations of Trust, together with local filing, tax registration, and classification; conducting in-depth research, interpreting legislation, regulations and guidance and identifying relevance to particular clients. She has negotiated on a broad range of legal cases for multiple client types and has additional experience of the litigation process and various forums within the Irish Courts systems. She has experience in resolving disputes that included:

- High court bankruptcy and insolvency,
- Personal Injury,
- Probate,
- Conveyancing and property disputes
- Commercial disputes.
