Bio
I am a graduate of the University of Limerick (LLB (2014), PhD (2018)), and I currently work as a legal academic. My research interests are in the areas of medical law, patient safety, and alternative dispute resolution. My interest in mediation, in particular the capacity of mediation to ameliorate disputes in a healthcare setting, developed throughout the course of my PhD and professional training.
Experience
I am a newly qualified mediator, having successfully completed Civil/Commercial Mediation Training with ADR-ODR International in 2018, and Advanced Mediation Training at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School in 2019. I joined IPMO in 2022.
