Leslie helps people communicate through change and map out a path forward. This includes family, workplace, and community mediation. She also facilitates Farm Progression, Succession, and Inheritance Conversations. She has a MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology (2019, UL) and a Certificate in Understanding Conflict, Mediation Theory and Practice (2021, ICD). She also has extensive experience of working with children.
