I founded my Practice Bridge Mediation Services - visit my website bridgemediation .ie after I successfully completed a training program on a full time basis with the Family Mediation Services / LegalAid Board .
In my training with the Family Mediation Services, I have accumulated hundreds of hours addressing the many difficult and challenging aspects of family conflict. I am confident that I can assist you in agreeing on a workable parenting plan, asset division including the family home, and all other financial matters such as maintenance, agreement pensions savings and debts.
I have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of family law and have successfully brought many cases to a satisfactory, signed Mediation Agreement.
My background education in Psychotherapy coupled with extensive experience working with individuals dealing with addiction issues has equipped me with insights into people's emotional needs during times of distress.
I am well versed in navigating complex emotional situations and I possess the capability to ensure both parties feel genuinely heard, understood and respected — a crucial step in a successful conflict resolution.
I achieve these results by being a present and active listener who will guide your discussions in a constructive direction. My role is to identify what is important to you and why a particular issue matters, I will strive to understand both of you and use my neutral position to bring mutual understanding back into the discussion as conflict between people makes it difficult to see opposing points of view.
I am not affected by past hurts and grievances that can cloud perceptions or judgment. I will identify where the gaps to agreement are and help build a bridge to cross them.
Helping people to resolve their differences and come together to agreements is a passion that drives me every day. I will help you move past conflict to respectful, reasonable resolutions that restore your peace of mind.
